Your Yoga Session

Everybody's mind and body is truely unique and deserves full attention.  During a One On One session with us, your development and state of being are our sole focus.  We have many different types of session.  Each session will be tailored directly for your needs and wants.

One On One Yoga

Session 1 : I get to know you and we set your goals and visit your limitations.
Session 2 - 5 : We will define your goals for building a home practice, making a personalised easy guide to do Your Yoga at home.
Sessions 5 - 10 : working on more variety of your practice while still focusing on your primary goal.

Pregnancy Yoga

Prepare your body, mind and hormones for a sacred, unforgettable transformation into motherhood.  During your sessions, we will work with the yoga mat, blocks, bolsters and the Swiss ball. Also we will build your own home practice so you have the tools you need at hand, whenever and whereever you are. All these are essential additions for your entire pregnancy and beyond.

Sports Yoga

If your sport requires you to have balance, strength, flexibility, focus then you will benefit from yoga. It is the new best friend of all sport coaches.

Yoga is used to enhance your athletic performance as you rebalance the body by lengthening tight muscles, strengthening weak muscles and developing mental endurance to propel your sports performance beyond what you have so far achieved.

Corporate Yoga

Hopi Ear Candle

The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. They equalise the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions.

Though results may vary from patient to patient, some of my clients have reported Hopi Candles to be helpful with:

  • Excessive or compacted wax in the ears Irritation in ears and sinuses
  • Pressure regulation in cases of - sinusitis / rhinitis / glue ear / colds / flu / headaches / migraine
